Water Heater Replacement in Saginaw

1. Qualifying job. Applies only to a scheduled residential replacement of an existing water heater with a replacement unit and installation scope approved in writing by Titan Edge Plumbing & Bath before work begins. It does not apply to repairs, diagnostic visits, estimates, new construction, major relocations, fuel or energy-type conversions, or substantial plumbing, gas, electrical, venting, structural, or code-correction work beyond the agreed replacement.
2. One-day period. “One day” means the scheduled service day on which Titan Edge begins the replacement during the customer’s confirmed appointment window. It does not mean 24 hours from the initial call, estimate, purchase, or scheduling request.
3. Completion. The installation is considered completed when the replacement water heater is installed and placed into normal operating service, subject to inspection, utility, manufacturer, or governmental requirements outside Titan Edge’s control.
4. Hotel benefit. If the guarantee applies, Titan Edge will reimburse the actual room charge and required room taxes for one standard hotel room for one night, up to $175 total. Food, beverages, room service, transportation, parking, pet fees, upgrades, entertainment, incidentals, deposits, damages, and additional rooms or nights are excluded.
5. Reimbursement. The customer arranges and initially pays for the hotel and must provide an itemized paid receipt. Approved reimbursement will not exceed the amount actually paid or $175, whichever is less. There is no cash value if a hotel stay is not purchased.
6. Exclusions. The guarantee does not apply when completion is delayed or prevented by circumstances outside Titan Edge’s reasonable control, including unavailable or defective equipment or parts; concealed or previously unknown conditions; unsafe conditions; required code corrections; asbestos or hazardous materials; utility interruption; gas, electrical, chimney or venting deficiencies; manufacturer issues; permit or inspection delays; governmental action; severe weather; emergencies; property-access problems; customer-requested changes; inaccurate information supplied by the customer; customer delays; or other events Titan Edge could not reasonably prevent.
7. Customer obligations. The customer must provide timely access to the property and water heater, approve the agreed work, make required decisions, and satisfy payment requirements. Customer-caused delays void the guarantee.
8. Additional work. If conditions discovered after work begins reasonably require work outside the original approved scope to complete the installation safely or lawfully, the one-day guarantee no longer applies unless Titan Edge confirms otherwise in writing.
9. Claim deadline. Reimbursement requests and itemized hotel receipts must be submitted to Titan Edge within 7 calendar days of the qualifying service date.
10. Limit. The hotel reimbursement described above is the customer benefit under this promotional guarantee. It does not modify any separate workmanship or manufacturer warranty applicable to the installation or equipment.
